Shipping Info: Your order will typically ship out within 7 business days after it is received. I do not ship on most major holidays, please keep that in mind when placing your order.

All orders will ship with DHL.

PLEASE NOTE: If there are any restrictions (due to COVID19 etc.) in shipping this item to your country shipping costs may vary dramatically or shipping may be impossible. In that case I reserve all rights to cancel your order. You will get your money back of course. But hey, maybe we will find another way to get that stuff to your place. Return Policy: I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please contact me at info@audio-testing-area.de within 14-days after delivery for return instructions and your full refund. Please reference your order number when requesting a return authorization. I reserve the right not to accept for refund any product returned.

Additional exceptions to the return policy:

You are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returned new items must be unused, meaning you didn't wear the shirt, open the CD, etc.
Only unopened and sealed CDs and vinyl albums may be returned.
Refunds are not offered for minor cosmetic damage on record packaging and posters, such as bent corners and cracked CD covers.
Discount items are non-returnable.
Second hand cassettes are non-returnable.
